At 9Round, you will get a total body muscle toning, and cardio workout. Our workout incorporates weight/resistance training, and elements of kickboxing. The work outs are 30 minutes, and design help you burn up to 500 calories in a given workout. There are no class times, as our trainers deliver this workout in a circuit training format or HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
